He has a partner in Shandong, and they are collecting many equipment from many companies in China and ship them to Shandong. So they will be shipping in one container to their country. And he also asked us to quote him FOB Qingdao price. He ask about our warranty service, we said we will write it into our quotation.

After checking the quotation of wire rope hoist, he sent a picture of his existing old wire rope hoist to us. We saw that the old one had broken. He plans to purchase a new batch of wire rope hoists to replace the old one. The customer reiterated that they need good quality hoists.

We show our various certificates to clients and send test videos and pictures of electric wire rope hoists etc. Also show our motor brands to customers.

The customer was satisfied and said that they would pay us by western Union. Then we sent the proforma invoice with our western Union account to our customer. In the second day, we received our customer’s payment.
