A customer from Fiji who often buys products from China leaved a message on our website. He needs a 5 ton steel portable gantry crane to lift his beams.

The client asked how far we are from Guangdong, because he has a container there. We reply that the customer can send the goods there and load it with his other goods.

Next, we asked him about lifting height and span of the portable gantry crane he needs.

Also, we sent the test videos and feedback videos of wheel type a frame gantry crane to the customer and he said that is what him wanted. So we did the first round of offers.

After checking the quotation of 5t mobile gantry crane we sent, the customer said he would wait for other supplier’s quotation. Some of them from New Zealand and some of them from Australia.

We export a lot of cranes to these two countries. So we send bank slips, feedback pictures and videos sent by our Australian clients and our New Zealand clients to the customer. And said we have a lot of customers in these two countries. The client immediately decided to communicate only with us.

He sent the pictures of beam and warehouse to us, for our engineers’ reference. According to the length of beam is 9m, we recommended the customer to use 2 sets of 3t portable gantry crane.

If only one 5 ton mobile gantry crane is used, the beam wobbles when it is hoisted because it is too long. The customer asked us to provide him with the solution of 2 sets of 3ton portable gantry cranes. We did.

Finally, our client chose another solution: 2 sets of 3t portable gantry crane. And let us contact his agent in China after the goods are finished. And kindly invite us to Fiji if there is the chance in the future.
