In August 2024, we received an inquiry from a client who asked detailed questions about the product specifications and delivery times, which made us believe the client was familiar with our equipment. After adding the client on WhatsApp, we learned that they planned to use the portable gantry crane for lifting watercraft and accessories. The client mentioned they had previously used our products while working with another company and were pleased with their performance.

This established a strong foundation of trust, and our communication was highly efficient. The client’s questions were specific, and we provided prompt, professional responses, which they appreciated. After receiving our quote, the client requested adjustments for the crane height, as their workshop door was lower than the crane’s height, and they also asked for two hoists. They inquired about adjusting the height of the crane, to which we responded by sharing an operation video with clear markings for the pinholes and locking mechanisms. The client liked our solution and gave positive feedback.

From there, the client expressed their desire to continue further communication via email. During the email exchange, we learned they had strict delivery requirements. After explaining the impracticality of air shipping for their needs, the client agreed and quickly placed their order. Soon after, we received the deposit and began production.

The client requested manual height adjustment and manual travel for the 5-ton crane, which could be physically demanding, but they assured us they could manage. Additionally, the client initially requested a 110V single-phase power supply, but since our hoists rarely accommodate this, they understood and promptly changed it to 480V three-phase.
