On October 27, 2023, our company received a clear inquiry. The customer needed a 2-ton electric chain hoist with a lifting height of 14 meters, using three-phase electricity, mainly for lifting steel products. After a background check, we learned that the customer was an Australian chicken farm and the contact person was the assistant in charge of purchasing.

On the day we received the inquiry, which was Friday, we immediately sent an email to the customer, confirming the basic parameters and asking whether the equipment was used to replace the existing equipment. Then, on the following Monday, we noticed that the customer checked the email several times and responded in detail to every question we asked. Our communication was very smooth, and each email exchange was responded to in a timely manner. Subsequently, we provided the customer with a quotation and attached the company’s ISO certificate and CE certificate to demonstrate our strength. This email was viewed by the customer several times, showing that they were very interested in our quotation and qualifications.

The customer then sent an email to ask whether the quotation included the hoist trolley and whether it met Australian standards, and attached a picture of the I-beam to ask if our product matched. In this regard, I promptly explained to the customer that our products fully comply with Australian standards, and marked the parts that the customer was concerned about on the product pictures, further dispelling their doubts and making the customer convinced that our products were suitable.

Throughout the communication process, we felt that the customer was highly satisfied with our service attitude. The next day, the customer sent an email to confirm the order and paid the advance payment.
