This customer is an old customer we worked with in 2020. In January 2024, he contacted us again and said that he needed to purchase a batch of new European fixed electric chain hoists. Because the previous cooperation was very pleasant and the customer was very satisfied with our service and product quality, he chose to work with us again without hesitation this time.

The customer’s needs were clear, requiring 32 European fixed chain hoists with a lifting capacity of 5 tons and a lifting height of 4 meters. We made a quotation based on these requirements. However, the customer then asked about the size of the product and said that due to limited space, there were strict requirements on the size. In order to further understand the customer’s specific needs, we asked about their usage scenarios. The customer told them that they were using it to replace the jack and attached relevant pictures.

By analyzing the pictures provided by the customer, we found that the existing products may not meet their needs. We suggested to the customer that they either adjust their space design or choose a special design solution tailored for them, and told the customer that the special design may result in a price increase. After listening to our suggestions, the customer asked us to provide a new special design quotation and drawings.

However, for cost control reasons, the customer finally decided to adjust their space design and choose regular products instead of special designs. At the same time, they decided to purchase 8 units for trial use and order the remaining 24 units if the results were satisfactory. We immediately updated the quotation for the 8 units and sent the PI to the customer. By the beginning of March, the customer had paid in full and the product is currently in production.
