British VIP customer orders stage chain hoist for the second time

On November 3, 2021, a customer came to our website to find a chain hoist.

He asked for a smaller size and lighter weight. The product that the customer wants is determined by chatting with the customer.

The first time I sent a quotation to the customer, the customer said that the weight of the product was too large. And he hoped that there would be a chain hoist that does not exceed 30kg.

We again asked the customer’s usage scenarios in detail. The client told us that he wanted to use the chain hoist to build the stage. So we immediately thought of the stage chain hoist, and then updated the quotation to the customer.

He is very satisfied after seeing it. And decided to buy two sets to Australia. He said to try it first. If satisfied, he will buy ten more to San Francisco. Since this product was just in stock, it was directly sent to the customer by air.

On December 17, 2021, we received a feedback picture from this client. He told us that after receiving it, he was very satisfied with our stage chain hoist.

We also discussed about the second batch of orders. It was almost New Year’s. The client said they were going on vacation soon. So a second batch of the same hoists will be placed for us in January 2022.

And now the customer comes with his second order!!!!!

On January 10, 2022, the client said that this time he wanted us to send these 10 chain hoists to San Francisco in March 2022, and then asked us to quote him.

On the same day, we sent a quotation to the customer, and he confirmed the order.

Now we are producing products for customers!!!!
