Brunei Customer’s Transaction Case of 10T Overhead Crane Hoist Trolley

We received a customer inquiry on June 18, 2022. The customer is from Brunei and said that a wire rope hoist trolley was needed. It is used on the double girder overhead crane with a lifting weight of 10t and a lifting height of 12.4m.

Then we confirmed more detailed information with him on Whatsapp. The client sent us their required parameters. He told us this hoist trolley is for his customer, and finally user wanted to replace the product. After understanding all the parameter requirements, we sent him the quotation.

Then, the customer checked our email and feedback that two main motors for the main beam are needed. we updated the quotation to the customer again, adding two main beam running motors.

On June 25, the customer said that the user wanted to see the drawings, so he hoped that we could provided the drawings again to confirm some details. Then our engineer made the drawings and we sent it to him.

On July 7th, the client replied that our prices were much higher than other companies. We think that if it is the same product, the price of other companies will not be very different from ours. Therefore, we asked our customers for pictures of products that other companies are offering.

After confirmation, we found that the products quoted by other companies are different from ours. Our products are European type hoist trolleys, while other companies offer domestic hoist trolleys.

We tell our customers that our company also produces this type hoist trolley. We can also update the offer for this one if he needs it. After confirmation by the customer, we updated the new quotation to the customer again.

After the customer saw it, he asked us what certificates we had. We sent our test product certificate to the customer, and also sent the ISO certificate to the customer.

On July 15, the client said that after comparison, he finally chose to cooperate with us. He chose our European type hoist trolley, asked us to send him the final drawing, and asked if he could pay in RMB.

We agreed, and then sent our bank account to the customer, and he paid us the next day. After receiving the advance payment from the customer, we began to arrange production!!!
