In the end of October, a customer in Cameroon sent an inquiry request through our website.

The customer is a steel structure manufacturing company from Cameroon. He wanted to find a floor mounted cantilever crane to install in his new workshop.

Because the customer has never used a pillar cantilever crane, he doesn’t know much about the pillar jib cranes.

At the beginning, the customer asked if we could achieve a 360 degree rotation angle.

The client stated that he had returned to work and communicated with us on the specific details on 2^nd November.

On that day, the customer told us that he needed a cantilever crane with a carrying capacity of 2 tons, a lifting height of 4 meters and arm length of 6 meters.

Because the customer is going to use this pillar jib crane when making steel structures, the customer has repeatedly emphasized the lifting height.

Since it is the first time for the customer to purchase a floor mounted jib crane, it is also the first time to cooperate with us. Customers don’t know much about the product, and he don’t particularly trust our company.

On the day we get the specific requirements of the customer, we arrange the quotation of the cantilever crane, and send the corresponding production plan and process, raw material source, packaging details, and delivery details to the customer’s mailbox.

On November 15, after less than a month of communication, the customer decided to choose us and asked us to send the proforma invoice to his email.
