We export a lot of jib cranes all over the world, at the same time, our jib cranes have received good feedback pictures and videos from many customers.

Recenrly, we received an inquiry about a 1 ton jib crane from Croatia, he was buying for his client. The load capacity his customer need is 1t and the lifting height is 2.8m. But regarding the arm length, his customer was not sure.

So he suggested we give him two quotations, one is 3m arm length and another is 4m arm length. According to his requirements, we sent him two quotations.

After checking quotations, our customer told us that he made a mistake. His customer’s voltage was 400v, 50hz, 3phase instead of 380v, 50hz, 3phase.

Also, our customer told us that we only need to revise 4m arm length. That means his client finally chose a 4m arm length.

When we re-sent the quotation to the customer, he only said one sentence: “Where is bank account? Send me invoice. I want pay.” 

One minute after we sent the proforma invoice with bank information, the customer sent the bank slip.
