One week ago, an Ecuadorian customer came to our website to leave a message. He wanted us to quote him a 3 ton capacity freestanding jib crane, something similar as is shown in the picture on our website, but not electric, everything manual.

As soon as we saw the message about manual jib crane, we contacted our Ecuadorian customer. 

He praised our quick contact with him and told us that he needs a 3 ton jib crane with 3m lifting height and 3m arm length. At the same time, the rotation of pillar jib crane and lifting of hoist are both manual.

According to the customer’s request, we made the first quotation. After checking our quotation and drawing of BZ type pillar jib crane, he pointed out that what he wanted was a total height of 3m and a total arm length of 3m.

And he wanted us to provide him with two revised quotations, one with a manual chain hoist and the other with an electric chain hoist. We revised quotations according to the customer’s requirements and sent them to him. 

After a simple comparison, the customer still chose the 3t jib crane with manual chain block.

It just so happened that our Filipino customer also ordered 6 sets electric jib cranes from us these days. We also sent the payment bank slip of the Filipino customer to the Ecuadorian customer. Also, we sent a feedback video of an single girder overhead crane from another Ecuadorian customer to him, for his reference.

Although it was at night in Ecuador, the customer immediately stated that we can send him our bank information. Now we have sent the proforma invoice with our bank information to his email.
