On May 20, 2024, the company’s website received an inquiry from a customer from Guatemala, who needed a 3-ton operation chain hoist. Based on the customer’s initial inquiry, we learned that he was the end user, but he was not sure about the lifting height of the chain hoist. For this reason, we immediately arranged for a salesperson to follow up.

In the subsequent email communication, the salesperson learned that the customer’s company was mainly engaged in steel structure and civil engineering, and he was a director of the company. After the customer clarified the specific parameters of the required equipment in the email, we quickly provided him with a suitable quotation. After reviewing the quotation, the customer asked about the price of another 5-ton chain hoist and planned to purchase it together. According to the customer’s new needs, we updated the quotation.

The next day, the customer replied to the email and asked us to adjust the parameters of the hoist. After communicating with the engineer, we updated the quotation for the customer again, and attached the feedback pictures of similar products we had sold in the past, as well as CE and ISO certificates. After reviewing these materials, the customer said that their purchasing manager would contact us to complete the payment and ordering process.

After that, our salesperson confirmed all the information with the purchasing manager of the customer company and sent the pro forma invoice. The customer paid the full amount within a week. After our financial department confirmed the payment, we immediately arranged for the factory to start production.

Within 7 working days, the factory completed the production and packaging of the product. After we confirmed the delivery information with the customer, we arranged the delivery. We informed the customer in advance that the goods are expected to arrive at the destination within 20 working days. The customer was very satisfied with our efficient service and said that he would continue to cooperate with us when there are more needs in the future.
