In December 2023, the customer sent us an inquiry document through SEO Express. The customer wanted to buy a portable aluminum gantry crane. After confirming the customer’s needs, we quickly determined the required product model and made a quotation. Two days later, we contacted the customer to ask for his opinion on the quotation. The customer asked us to provide the price after removing the wheels, so we updated the quotation as required by the customer.

The day after the updated quotation, the customer’s freight forwarder contacted us. At first, the freight forwarder did not disclose the information of the end user, but we found that the products required by the freight forwarder were consistent with the user’s needs, so we asked him if he knew the end user. The freight forwarder confirmed that he was importing the products for the user and that he would pay for the goods. On the same day, we made a PI for the user’s freight forwarder. To ensure the authenticity of the order, we confirmed with the end user, and the user also stated that they would indeed purchase our products.

After the Spring Festival, we continued to contact the customer, and each time we asked the customer, he said he would pay. At that time, we suspected that this was just an excuse for delay and that the customer would not really buy our products. However, when we contacted the end user again in March, he still said he would purchase from us and sent a PO, but the payment would take some time. We chose to trust the customer and replied that we would wait for the payment.

From March to May, we sent the customer company updates from time to time. Finally, in early May, we received the full payment from the customer. The entire order took five months from start to finish. Although the waiting time was long, the final result was satisfactory.
