Recently, we received an order from an Indonesian customer for a customized rail type portable gantry crane. It is expected to be completed and delivered to the customer in early April.

The customer is an end user and initially wanted to buy a gantry crane. After further confirming the customer’s demand parameters, we found that the span and lifting height required by the customer were relatively small, which was suitable for a portable gantry crane to meet the needs. Therefore, we suggested that the customer consider a portable gantry crane and shared similar cases we exported to other countries. After consideration, the customer said that the solution was feasible, but preferred a rail type portable gantry crane. The customer was concerned because wheel-mounted gantry cranes would put greater pressure on the wheels.

In response to the customer’s preference, we showed them the rail type portable gantry crane we designed and exported to Qatar. The customer was satisfied with our design and quotation and quickly confirmed the order.
