We have recently successfully completed an order from an Indonesian customer and delivered two 80-ton hoist trolleys. The hoist trolley will be shipped by sea as soon as possible after packaging. The customer is the end user, and our sales team quickly contacted him after receiving the inquiry. Through communication, we learned that the two Korean bridge cranes in the customer’s factory have been in use for many years, and the maintenance of the lifting part, that is, the trolley, is no longer meaningful, so the customer decided to purchase a new lifting mechanism for replacement. After the customer provided the drawings of the main beam and end beam of the bridge crane, we quickly gave a quotation. After comparing the quotations of other suppliers, the customer finally chose our product after we shared other project experiences and exhibitions in Indonesia.
