Customer Introduction

In June 2021, a Thai customer ordered a 14-meter-long KBK overhead crane with a lifting weight of 1 ton from our company. We shipped to the customer in July 2021, and he are very satisfied after receiving our products.

On November 8, 2021, the customer placed an order for us again, and asked us to produce another one for him with the same specifications. But this time the length is only 5 meters.

Aluminum alloy overhead crane is suitable for aseptic environment and pollution-free environment, This customer uses the product produced in a sterile environment, so choose our product.

KBK crane is mainly composed of rails, suspension devices, walking trolleys, lifting devices and some functional components. All modules are standard components and can be assembled freely according to the needs of the plant.

The track is a closed track, straight track and curved track, divided into Ω type or C type, the commonly used materials are steel, aluminum alloy and carbon steel. Because it is a standard component, it can assemble any structure such as long and short distance single track, multi-track, curved track or circular track.

The suspension device is generally installed on the lower edge of the I-beam/H-beam or concrete beam, with a certain self-locking function, and the installation is simple and reliable.

The walking trolley is hung in the track, used for walking in the X and Y axis directions, and can be used as a manual or electric trolley according to needs.

The lifting device is generally electric hoist, electric chain hoist, pneumatic balancer, smart hoist used with spreader.
