We received an inquiry from a customer in November last year. The customer’s needs in the inquiry were very clear and he wanted to buy a pillar jib crane. After the customer informed me of other parameters, we quoted the customer an accurate price and sent a New Zealand bill by the way, informing the customer that our products have been exported to New Zealand. After that, the customer replied that he was willing to proceed with the order, but he had a long vacation and would contact us again after the vacation. After a few days, we sent the customer pictures of our exhibition in the Philippines, but the customer replied that he was still on vacation. After that, the customer asked us to send the PI, so we made the PI for the customer, and the customer also paid the advance payment quickly. After nearly half a month, the order was completed.
