The VIP Philippine customer who bought 4 sets of our wire rope hoists before came to place an order for two sets of electric chain hoists with trolley.

After we produced his product for two days, the customer suddenly sent us another hoist parameters. He said that “need 2 sets electric chain hoist one ton at 6 meters  advise price 220 v, 60 hz, 3 phase”. And also sent us the picture of old Motorized trolley electric chain hoist.

We immediately quoted him and gave him some discounts because he is a VIP customer. The customer requested us to send a proforma invoice with bank information, and requested us to transport 2 sets of 1t electric chain hoists and 4 sets of wire rope hoists together.

The day after we sent the proforma invoice of electric chain hoist to the customer, we received the payment.

Now the 4 sets of wire rope hoists have completed production. We are waiting for the production progress of about 2 sets of electric chain hoists with trolley. After they all complete production, we will arrange our colleagues in the logistics department to ship these goods to Suzhou.

Because the customer also purchased other goods in Suzhou, they need to be shipped to the Philippines together.
