Our lifting electric hoists can be divided into wire rope electric hoists and chain electric hoists. The lifting weight ranges from 0.1-100 tons, and the lifting height is 3-30 meters. Non-standard versions can be customized.

Electric hoist is mainly composed of motor, transmission mechanism, drum or sprocket, hook, wire rope or chain.

The principle of the remote control 1t 2 ton lifting electric hoist is: the electric hoist drives the pinion to rotate, the pinion drives the large gear to rotate, and the amplified torque is output to lift the heavy objects. There is a pawl mechanism on the inside of the chain so the sprocket can only rotate in one direction.

The lifting electric hoist is mainly used for lifting, lifting, pulling, loading and unloading heavy objects, and welding oil tanks upside down, such as the installation and movement of various large and medium-sized concrete, steel structures and mechanical equipment.

1t 2 ton electric hoists can be used for lifting, pulling, lowering and calibration. If special equipment is installed, it can be used not only for nonlinear traction, but also to easily select a suitable operating position, or to expand the load capacity with small tonnage machines.
