This customer is a supplier active in Saudi Arabia. Before asking for a quote, he had already received an order for three hoists from a local customer. Before that, the customer had consulted the price of such hoists in the local market, but found that the price was generally high and the quality was uneven. For this reason, the customer decided to import from abroad. After a month of investigation and comparison, he finally chose to cooperate with us.

Because the voltage required by the customer is 220V, which is different from the Chinese standard 380V voltage, it needs to be customized. The customer is worried that the delivery time may be extended after the voltage change, but we assured him that even if the voltage is customized, the delivery time will not exceed 7 working days.
