On March 28, 2024, we received an inquiry from a customer, in which the customer mentioned that he needed a mobile crane equipped with a vacuum suction cup. In order to quickly confirm the demand, we immediately sent the customer pictures of two types of equipment: one is a portable gantry crane and the other is a BZY mobile jib crane. The customer replied that the equipment they needed was a BZY mobile jib crane. We confirmed that we could provide the equipment and asked the customer to provide specific technical parameters.

In further communication, the customer said that we needed to sign a confidentiality agreement before sending a detailed procurement request (RFQ). According to the customer’s request, we signed a confidentiality agreement with him. Subsequently, the customer sent detailed parameter information, and all equipment was required to be equipped with a chain hoist and a vacuum suction cup, totaling 8 BZY mobile jib cranes.

After receiving the customer’s RFQ, we asked whether these equipment were for their own use or for other customers. The customer replied that these equipment were for their own use and revealed that they were a car manufacturer in Saudi Arabia and would be used in their production line. After understanding the customer’s actual needs, we provided them with a quotation and design drawings. The customer approved our product, but pointed out that there was a big gap between our quotation and other suppliers, so he wanted to learn more about the reason and arranged a video conference.

In the video conference, we answered the customer’s questions about the product, payment method and terms one by one. The customer then found that although other suppliers offered lower quotations, they did not meet their specific needs. After confirming that our quotation met their needs, the customer asked for a discount. We agreed and provided the corresponding discount. After the customer completed the payment, we immediately started production.
