In August 2024, we received an inquiry for a steel portable gantry crane from a Singaporean customer on the Sevencrane platform. The customer is a company with dealers in multiple countries and has special requirements for the design of the gantry crane. After receiving the inquiry, I drew a detailed steel portable gantry crane drawing according to the customer’s needs and provided a quotation covering all requirements. In the end, the customer chose two of the models and placed an order.

The entire communication process was very efficient. In just a few days, we completed the solution confirmation and quotation and quickly entered the production stage. The steel portable gantry crane required by the customer must have an adjustable height function, and the span and adjustable height of the two gantry cranes are different. To meet these requirements, I recommended the PT23-1 steel portable gantry crane.
