In December 2023, a customer from Spain purchased two 4 ton galvanized portable steel gantry cranes from our company. After receiving the order, we quickly started production and completed the manufacturing within half a month. At the same time, we also took load test videos and detailed photos of the equipment for the customer to conduct remote inspection. The two cranes were transported by sea, and the destination was the Port of Barcelona, Spain.

The customer’s company is a sailing club focusing on sailing sports events. As a technical engineer, the customer has rich experience and superb skills in mechanical design. At first, we provided the drawings of the PT2-1 portable gantry crane for reference, but after careful study, the customer adjusted the dimensions in the drawings to better suit its specific needs. Originally, there were two independent steel portable gantry cranes, but the customer decided to connect their ground beams together to form a gantry crane that is more suitable for lifting long columns. Considering that the seaside climate is more corrosive to steel, we communicated with the customer and decided to galvanize the two cranes to enhance their corrosion resistance.

Because we responded positively to every question from the customer and provided professional technical support, the customer finally chose us as his crane supplier. He expressed his hope to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with us and regard us as his crane consultant.
