SEVENCRANE mainly has the following two types of wall jib crane.
Wall mounted jib crane, also known as pilaster jib crane. It consists of a jib device and an electric hoist. The jib is fixed on the wall or cement column and can be rotated according to user needs. The slewing part is divided into manual slewing and electric slewing. The electric hoist is installed on the jib track for lifting heavy objects.
Wall travelling jib crane is a new type of material lifting equipment developed on the basis of wall-column jib crane. The jib crane can move longitudinally along the rail, and at the same time, the electric hoist can complete the hoisting along the horizontal or vertical direction of the jib.
The main differences between the two are:
1. Scope of work
The working range of the wall mounted jib crane is semi-circular, and the working range is limited; while the wall travelling jib crane can move along the track and has a larger working range.
2. Structural form
The jib of the wall-mounted jib can be rotated, but not moved; the arm of the wall travelling jib can not be rotated, but can only be moved left and right.
3. Cost
Because the wall mounted jib crane is installed on the wall or cement column, the cost will be lower; the wall travelling jib crane needs a special running track, and the cost will be relatively high.
In short, these two wall cranes have no columns. They are installed and fixed on the wall. The wall is used to replace the fixed effect of the column, which saves space.
The installation of the column mounted jib crane needs to install the column first, and then occupy a column part in the limited workshop. If it is a wall jib crane, it can be directly installed on the wall without the need for a column, giving the workshop a larger operating space.
