On February 20, 2024, we received an inquiry from the customer via WhatsApp and took the initiative to greet and follow up. The customer replied the next day and sent the 2-ton and 5-ton electric chain hoist parameters and port information of the Korean brand KUKDONG, while emphasizing the focus on product quality and hoping that we would provide a quotation as soon as possible. After further communication, the customer revealed that they felt that the other party was arrogant and impolite when they approached KUKDONG, so they decided to find a new partner.

The day after we provided the quotation, the customer asked for a discount and payment information. Since the quotation itself was already very favorable, I replied at the time that I would ask the leader for instructions. A day later, the customer called us via WhatsApp and urged us to send a pro forma invoice. In the end, the price was not adjusted, and the customer sent a screenshot of the transfer and said that our quotation met their expectations, and then asked for a new quotation for the 5t-30m hoist. The customer said that the previous transfer had been withdrawn and planned to purchase it together with the new product.

During this period, the customer’s technicians made new requirements. We quickly made adjustments, provided a new quotation, and shared some customer feedback photos. About two weeks later, we received the transfer from the customer.
