3.The rust or corrosion of the metal stress member should not exceed 10% of its original thickness. If it exceeds, it needs to be scrapped immediately.

4.The load-bearing component must not have cracks, and measures can be taken to repair and prevent crack propagation. If effective measures cannot be taken, it needs to be scrapped.

5.There should be no welding defects in the connecting metal structure, to ensure that there is sufficient rigidity and strength to play the role of connection.
