On September 18th, we received an inquiry about the electric chain hoist. This customer is from Vanuatu. He needs a chain hoist with a load capacity of 300kg and a lifting height of 5 meters. We quickly contacted the customer and confirmed more details with him.

On September 22, we sent a detailed quotation to the customer.

After checking our quotation, the customer expressed interest in our product. But because he had not cooperated before, he was a little worried about the quality of the product.

Therefore, we sent some photos and videos of our factory’s production department to the customer, telling him not to worry about quality issues.

On September 27th, this customer contacted us and expressed willingness to cooperate with us.

On September 28th, we confirmed the order. We promise to the customer that we will update the production photos and test videos for him during the production process.

On October 9, this electric chain hoist was sent to the port of Vila Vanuatu.
