On January 26, we received an inquiry from a Qatari customer. The customer consulted us about the price of a 1t mini portable gantry crane with a span of 4.65m. We sent the specific price and drawings to the customer on the same day.

The Client made modifications to our drawings after reviewing the quotation and asked if we could make custom modifications as their requirements. After confirmation by the technician, some customized suggestions are feasible. We send the revised quotation and drawings to the customer mailbox.

The next day, the client reviewed the quotation and expressed that he was very satisfied with our quotation.

The customer told us at this time that they were a large crane supplier in Qatar. They are going to build a showroom for light cranes recently. Hope to cooperate with us further to showcase our products in exhibition hall.

We sincerely expressed our willingness to cooperate with customer, and sent the catalogue to him.

Although the Chinese New Year holiday is coming soon, we inform him that any questions during the holiday can be informed and we will try to answer them.

On February 7, we officially began to resume work. We are also proactive in asking him for any other quote. The client said that they will tell us all the parameters needed on February 8th.

On February 8th, the customer asked us to send him almost all the quotations of the mini portable gantry crane. We know that the client needs to build a showroom, hoping to display as comprehensively as possible.

On February 9th, we sent the quotation and drawings required by the customer to the customer’s mail.

On February 14th, customers replied to our email, they saw the sincerity of our cooperation and recognized our technical capabilities. This time, they will purchase 10 sets mini portable gantry crane of different models to build the exhibition hall. They will buy more in the future.

After 3 days of communication, we determined the final plan. On March 2, we received a PO from our client.

On March 7th, we received the advance payment from the customer as scheduled.
