We called him to communicate with each other about their situation. The customer said that he has no prejudice against Made in China, and his Chinese suppliers are very dedicated and patient, and the quality of the products is also very good.

He hopes to learn more about our product, because he currently has two or three customers who are considering whether to purchase aluminum gantry crane.

After knowing the customer’s wishes, we first sent the product catalogue and videos of related products to the customer.

Because the product is customized, we can’t give a price right away. This Customer also expressed understanding.

On February 28, we received a specific inquiry from the customer, a 1t, 2.5m span, and 2m lifting height folding aluminum gantry crane. 

We sent the price to the client on the same day. Because there is a secondary transmission of information. This is very likely to lead to the accuracy of the information. We have created relevant tables to show the features and advantages and disadvantages of the products. This makes it easier for him to understand our product.

On March 3rd, the customer consulted us about another product. We are still very serious about quoting our customer.

On March 7, the customer once again consulted us about another aluminium gantry, and said that because the customer did not understand the product, he hoped to compare the price to determine the final demand. We also actively cooperate with customer requirements.

On March 9th, after 3 times of communication, the customer finally confirmed the 500kg aluminum gantry and said that he had received the customer’s PO. He will pay at the end of March.
