The rigid kbk system crane uses a modular design, making different types of components into a variety of uses, with the same connection elements and interchangeable standard modules.

The difference between rigid and flexible design forms is that the rails and main beams of the rigid kbk system crane are rigid, the safe lifting range covers 125kg-5000kg. 

They do not move laterally or vertically under dynamic or no-load conditions. In addition, the main beam rail trolley with guide wheels can prevent the jamming phenomenon. No matter where the load is located on the main beam, it will not affect the operation of the main beam, and the main beam can move smoothly along the fixed rail. Optimum positioning of the load is achieved.

-C-track: High quality carbon steel (Q235B-Q345B)

-Drive pulley: MC nylon pulley, pulley finish machining

-Surface coating: The surface of KBK track is shot blasted first, and then sprayed with anti-corrosion paint or plastic powder coating after anti-corrosion treatment.
