In December 2020, SEVENCRANE delivered a 10-ton CD-type electric wire rope hoist to a Uruguayan customer. This product belongs to our standard products, and the production cycle is very short. We completed the production and product packaging in just 7 days. According to our agreement with the customer, we delivered the 10-ton electric wire rope hoist to the port of Paraguay by sea.

The client’s company is a well-known local cement factory in Uruguay. There are many conveyor belts and cement production equipment in the factory. They need to buy an electric hoist for maintenance of workshop production equipment. They also bought electric hoists before, but the quality was very poor and they often broke down. After communicating with the customer, we found that the customer’s factory is very dusty. The protection level of the electric hoist used before was too low, only IP44, which could not prevent dust from entering the electrical box, so the electrical box often broke down due to dust erosion. Considering that the dusty environment is very easy to damage the electrical box, we recommend customers to use electric hoists with a complete machine protection level of IP54. There is a thick layer of sealing strip inside the electrical box of our electric hoist, which isolates the entry of dust and prolongs the service life of the electric hoist. The customer is very interested in this, but there is a mandatory requirement on the delivery time, and the delivery time cannot exceed 10 days. We told the customer that it only takes 7 days to complete the production, the customer is very satisfied with this, and decided to place an order soon.

After receiving our products, customers are very satisfied with our export packaging. The customer reported that he had bought other products from China before, but due to the poor packaging, there were always bumps and paint peelings after the goods arrived at their warehouse. After installing this electric hoist, the customer said that our product is very good. Besides, he has a new understanding of Chinese manufacturing, and consider reaching a long-term partnership with us.
