The installation of elektrische Hebevorrichtung needs to be installed by professionals. The specific installation methods and installation steps are as follows:

1. When the electric chain hoist is packaged, the host and related parts should be disassembled and placed. During installation, check for damage and re-assemble. The reducer must be refueled before installation.

2. After the suspension electric trolley is assembled with the main engine and installed on the I-beam track, ensure that there is a gap of 3-5 between the edge of the running wheel and the lower flange of the I-beam track, it is adjusted by the washer on the bolt.

3. Check whether the plug block used to fix the wire rope is installed firmly.

4. After the chain block electric hoist is installed and connected to the electricity, raise the empty hook to the limit position. To ensure that the distance between the highest point of the hook device and the hoist shell is ≥F. Adjust and tighten the upper limit stop block. And then lower the hook to the limit position, adjust and tighten the lower stop block.

5. In order to ensure that the 2 ton electric hoist does not derail or damage the machine body when the hoist runs to the two ends of the track, stop blocks should be set at both ends of the track, with a buffer device.

6. Grounding wires should be provided on both ends of the running I-beam track or on the frame connected to it. The resistance of the ground loop at any point on the hoist shall not be greater than 0.1Ω (the ground wire can be 4-5mm2 bare copper wire or a metal conductor with a cross-section of not less than 25mm2).
