Recently, our customer in Singapore received the 2T chain hoist and track ordered from our company and completed the installation. The equipment is now running safely and the customer is satisfied with our products. Moreover, they also expressed that they may come to our company to purchase more equipment in the future.

The customer wants to use a chain hoist to lift the cylinder. They initially considered a monorail bridge machine, but after we understood the customer’s purpose in detail, we suggested that the customer choose a chain hoist with an I-beam, which would save costs and make construction more convenient. In addition, the customer mentioned that the running route includes two sections of curved track with a curvature of 90°. Based on the customer’s description, we first provided a track layout diagram. After the customer’s confirmation and modification, we finally finalized the plan. The customer quickly paid the full amount and completed the order.
