A built-in sliding contact line can also be installed inside the KBKII type track for power supply to the hoist, which is called KBKII-R type.

According to different structures, KBK is currently divided into two types: flexible KBK (original Demag product) and rigid KBK (iterative upgraded product). The biggest difference is the track structure and suspension method. In terms of track structure, flexible KBK is mostly in the shape of Ω and is welded from two pieces of steel. Rigid KBK is mostly formed by one-time cold rolling of C-shaped steel. In terms of suspension, flexibility refers to the displacement or rotation of interconnected components. It does not limit the deformation of a certain aspect, which means that deformation is allowed, or we hope that it can deform. Rigid connection is referred to as hard contact, which means that between two connecting parts, when one part is displaced or stressed, the connected parts will not be displaced or deformed relative to the first part. That is, the two are connected into a whole. The common link method is direct fixation of steel plates and screws, and the rails and main beams are also directly locked through sleeves.

KBK combination cranes include various types of lifting equipment such as monorail cranes, single-girder cranes, double-girder cranes, telescopic beams, stackers, etc., with a lifting capacity of 0.125t to 2t, and are suitable for a wide range of applications, and are especially suitable for modern production and transportation lines.
