On June 6, we received an inquiry from a customer in Qatar. The customer told us that he  needed a foldable aluminum gantry crane.

We asked about the lifting weight, lifting height and span required by the customer. In order to facilitate the understanding of customers, we specially drew a picture for customers to show.

At the beginning, the customer don’t know which kind of crane suitable for his workshop.

In the process of communicating with the customer, we learned that the customer wanted to use a portable gantry to lift the pipe.

In fact, a steel portable gantry used to lift the goods can simply fully meet the needs of customers. But considering the customer’s special purpose, it is not enough for the customer to lift the pipe by only using one set of steel portable gantry crane.

Because the pipe is usually long and not easy to be lifted.Moreover, the customer’s working environment has no requirements for cleanliness.

Taking these two points into consideration, we analyzed his needs in detail to the customer and recommended a steel portable gantry crane to replace the first solution.

The next day, the customer took the initiative to contact us and said that he liked the steel portable gantry. But the height and width need to change as before.

And, he told us that he would re-measure the size of the venue and tell us in time.

On June 9th, the customer sent us the new size and asked if we could provide them with air freight service because they need to use it in time.

However, considering the heavy weight of the machine, it is not suitable for air transportation.

We sincerely tell customers that if they use air freight services, the freight will be particularly high.

In order to help customers save freight and to let customers use the steel portable gantry crane as soon as possible, we shortened the original 20-day construction period to 10 days.

The customer is very happy to hear this news.

In the end, the customer chose a set of solutions we provided, and happily chose the shipping service.

On June 22, we received the PO from the customer.
