On January 14th, we received an inquiry from Ghana. The customer wants to purchase a column mounted jib crane for his workshop.

The client told us that he needed a 3 ton jib crane with a boom length of 4 meters and a height of 4 meters.

We confirmed the specific usage requirements such as usage, working frequency, working environment, etc. with the customer. The next day, we received a response from the client.

After determining the specific needs of the customer, we send the specific quotation and drawings to the customer’s mailbox.

On January 17, we confirmed with the customer whether review the quotation or not. We want to get customer comments. But the customer did not reply to the message.

On January 20th, although we still did not receive a reply from the customer, we still hope that the customer can learn more about our company and our products.

We sent product videos, along with other customer’s comments on our products, to the client.

1.25 We followed up with the client again, who indicated that they were still researching our offer. The customer in turn asked us if we have supplier in Europe. He wants to find a company with reliable quality.

Although we have no suppliers in Europe, we do export to Europe many times. and received unanimous praise. Customers are happy to hear that.

As Chinese New Year is approaching, the client said that he will seriously consider our pilaripuominosturi during our holiday and told me the final decision when we come back.

The customer responded to our message that he like our products and our attitude toward things, and he would send the purchase order to my mailbox later.
