On August 26, 2024, we received an inquiry from a customer asking for the price of kannettavat alumiiniset pukkinosturit. The customer initially requested a full price list for our entire aluminum gantry crane series. We informed the customer that our products are customized and can be tailored to specific needs. The customer mentioned that they did not have a current need but were looking to procure products for resale in the Australian market. I suggested that the customer consider the PRG portable gantry crane for market expansion and shared feedback images from Australia. The customer was impressed by our capabilities and became interested in the product.

However, the customer’s position within the company was lower, and internal decision-making processes were slow, causing communication to stop for a while. I continued to follow up with messages, providing further proof of our strength and awaiting the customer’s response. Eventually, in mid-October, the customer confirmed they were ready to place an order and asked for a proforma invoice (PI).

After sending the PI, we verified shipping details, arranged production, and proceeded with transportation. The customer was highly satisfied with the process, stating that they would introduce the product to the market and awaited market feedback. They also expressed enthusiasm for future cooperation.
