The 3 ton 5t 10 ton wire rope electric hoist is mainly composed of a reducer, a control box, a wire rope, a motor, and a button switch.

1. Reducer: It is a three-stage fixed-axis helical gear transmission organization. The gears and gear shafts are made of heat-treated alloy steel. The box body and box cover are made of high-quality cast iron, which is tightly installed and has excellent sealing.

2. Control box: It is a device that can block the main circuit in an urgent situation, and has a fire limiter for upper and lower stroke protection.

3. Steel wire rope: Use high-quality and wear-resistant special steel wire rope to ensure durability.

4. Motor: The hoisting motor uses a larger power torque cone rotor to brake the asynchronous motor, and no external brake is required.

5. Button switch: Hand-operated, light and flexible, with two methods: cordless operation and cordless remote control.
