This customer came to our company’s website to inquire about the price in July. Our salesperson learned from the WeChat communication with the customer that the customer’s previous supplier was in Taiwan, China. Now the price of the Taiwanese supplier has risen too high, so the customer plans to change a supplier.

After checking our quotation, the customer contacted us three or four days later and said that their parameters had changed and they needed to update the drawings and quotations. So, after we changed the quotation three times as required, that is, in mid-to-late September, the customer decided to place an order with us. In the second week after sending the pro forma invoice, our account received the customer’s advance payment. Then, we immediately informed the customer that we had received the advance payment and started to arrange production.

In mid-October, our gourd production was completed. After notifying the customer, we also received the balance and arranged delivery in late October. The cooperation with the Qatari customer was very pleasant and smooth. The Qatari customer also said that he might come to China to visit our factory next year and hoped to establish long-term friendly cooperation with us!
