We understood this and waited patiently.

A month later, the customer notified us that he was ready to pay, and we quickly sent the PI. The customer completed the payment and provided a bank slip on the same day. Three days later, the payment was received, and we immediately arranged production. However, since the customer’s container had a fixed sailing time, we only had 10 days left for production. The customer made a request to ask if production could be completed within 10 days. Based on customer needs, we urgently adjusted the production plan and expedited the processing of the products that originally took 15 days to complete. Under the premise of ensuring quality, we successfully completed the production within 10 days, and promptly packaged and shipped the goods to the port and successfully loaded them into the customer’s container.

The customer highly recognized our efficient service and flexible response, and expressed gratitude for this smooth and pleasant cooperation. Later, after receiving the goods, the customer sent feedback pictures. The product was installed in the workshop and ran smoothly and the effect was perfect. The customer was very satisfied with it and expressed his gratitude to us again. We also look forward to further deepening cooperation with customers in the future!
