On February 17, 2022, an inquiry was received from the customer. And the customer needed a KBK system crane with a lifting capacity of 500kg. 

Then we immediately send an email to the customer to confirm the product parameters, and learn that the customer’s main business is to make telescopic walls.

When we confirmed the parameters with the customer again, what he sent to us was inconsistent with the message in the inquiry. Therefore, we spent a lot of patience and confirmed the parameters with the customer three times.

The customer wants two sets of KBK system cranes, one with two main beams running 38 meters, and one set with only one main beam running 23 meters. After confirming the parameters, the first price was quoted to him.

After the customer sees our quotation, send us an email said want to see the specific details and how to install the rail. Then we sent a 3D video to the customer and a video on how to install it.

After he received it, they replied to us that their running length was wrong, and they needed both running lengths of 39 meters. He hope we can update the quotation.  According to his needs, we once again updated the quotation to the customer.

After reading it, the customer said that he hoped we could give them some discounts. He said that he recognized our technology and professionalism very much, and promised that he might order other products in the future.

Based on this, we applied for some discounts to the customer from our manager, and expressed the gratitude to him for his trust and recognition in us.

The customer was also satisfied with our offer, so he placed the order immediately and paid us the advance payment.
