The pillar jib crane is composed of a column, a slewing arm slewing drive device and an electric hoist. The lower end of the column is fixed on the concrete foundation by anchor bolts, and the cantilever rotation is driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reduction device. The electric hoist works left and right on the cantilever I-beam. Run in a straight line and lift heavy objects.

This case is from an Indonesia customer on our website. He said he wanted one set 360 degrees jib crane to use in the ship and also sent us the picture of working site. And and he was looking for it for his clients.

Based on years of experience, we immediately asked the customer about frequency and usage of pillar jib crane. Because the ship sometimes shake due to its own or external reasons. The client told us not to worry, they only use the column jib crane occasionally in calm seas.

After confirming the parameters he needs: load capacity is 3t, total height is 3.5m and arm length is 4m, we sent the quotation and drawing quickly. (We have always been prompt and professional in providing quotations and drawings.)

The customer asked about our warranty, we told him that our warranty time is 2 years. The client then forwarded all our documents regarding the jib crane to his client.

After a few months, our client informed us that we need to modify the lifting height of jib crane to 3m, and we revised it according to the customer’s requirement. Then the client sent their info over and asked us to make a proforma invoice.

And on Monday of the second week, we received the purchase order and bank slip of 3t pillar jib crane from the client’s colleague.
