The cantilever can rotate around a fixed column fixed on the base, or the cantilever and the rotating column are rigidly connected, and the cantilever is rotated relative to the vertical axis in the support plate of the base.

The applicable lifting weight of the jib crane is not large, and the safe operation scope is a ring or fan-shaped place. It is generally used for loading and transporting steel parts such as CNC lathes. It is a widely used small lifting equipment.

Operation specification

1. Inclined hoisting of lifting objects is not allowed. It is forbidden to use lifting hooks to drag the hanging objects along the road, or forcibly lift the hanging objects buried in the ground. It is also not allowed to use this machine to flip the boom to carry out towing or collision safety operations.

2. When the pillar jib crane 2 ton is working, it is forbidden to stand on the suspended object. Pedestrians and motor vehicles are also prohibited from passing in the working area.

3. When the safe operation is completed or at rest, do not hang the hanging objects in the air for a long time to prevent permanent deformation of the parts or fall and cause safety accidents.

4. Safety protection equipment should be installed on the lifting equipment, and the inspection and maintenance should be done according to the regulations, to remove the deposits on the movement track, and apply rust inhibitor.
