KBK 크레인 작동 레일의 설치 요구 사항

KBK crane is a very important crane type in the industry. It can be divided into KBK single beam suspension crane, KBK double beam suspension crane, KBK rigid crane, KBK aluminum rail crane, KBK telescopic crane, etc. The installation requirements for KBK crane operating rails are as follows:

1. Assemble the buckle bowl, cross arm, screw rod, club and deck together with bolts and cotter pins. Thread the threaded rod into the club until the cotter pin can pass through the elongated hole in the club and through the hole in the threaded rod, insert the cotter pin.

2. Install the flexible hanging device on the lifting track according to the requirements of the plan drawing.

3. Install the crane track to the load-bearing steel structure through a flexible hanging device, adjust the flexible hanging device to make it vertical, and adjust the level of the track by adjusting the screwing depth of the screw and the ball.

4. Connect the track sections into the crane track through two bolts. Note: During installation, there should be no misalignment of the track interface end, and there should be no resistance when the trolley is pushed through the joint; ensure that the bolts are tightened reliably and evenly. If the joint bolts are tightened at one end than the other, the track will bend. The rails must not be stressed during installation as this will result in narrowing of the rail openings. When hanging several rails, they need to be aligned in the same horizontal plane.

5. After installing the crane operating device, suspension wire slide block and intermediate buffer into the track, install the anti-collision limit end cover.

6. KBK track docking with built-in sliding wires: First check whether the conductor interfaces at the interface correspond to each other, then insert the short end of the sliding contact wire connector into the conductor interface, and then connect the tracks (note that the sliding contact wires should correspond one to one and cannot be misplaced).
