On October 31, 2023, we received an inquiry. The customer said that he wanted to buy a portable gantry crane with a width of 1.6 meters, an adjustable height of 2 meters, a leg with wheels, and a load capacity of 500KG. After email communication, the customer informed us of his requirements. It is mainly used to move large potted plants and other items to the roof attic, 3.6 meters from the floor to the ceiling. However, the requirements are different from before. The load capacity becomes 1000KG and the height is adjusted from 1 to 2.6 meters. This height is not achievable for production, so we communicated with the customer and asked him why the minimum height is 1 meter. The customer quickly replied that everything else is fine as long as the maximum height can reach 2.5 meters. After analyzing the customer’s usage environment and requirements, we judged that the customer needed a nešiojamasis aliuminio ožinis kranas, so we sent the customer a quotation and drawings, but the customer did not respond at the time.

Two weeks later, we sent the customer feedback photos of the Australian portable aluminum gantry crane by email and asked for his opinion on the quotation, but the customer did not respond. Another week passed, and we wondered if the customer had not received the quotation. With a try-it attitude, we sent another email with the quotation and drawings. This time the customer asked if the gantry crane legs could be fixed, and then the span was changed. Within the next three days, the customer paid the advance payment. At present, the customer has received the good and is generally satisfied with the product.
