This order came from an old customer from New Zealand who we had worked with before. After receiving the single beam bridge crane we provided, the customer was very satisfied with the product quality and service and sent us relevant feedback pictures. Subsequently, the customer made a new inquiry and requested to purchase KBK kranai.

KBK cranes are favored for their modular system design, smooth and reliable handling performance, smooth manual walking, high cost-effectiveness, and customization according to customer’s personalized needs. It is particularly suitable for high-altitude handling and accurate positioning of various goods.

This KBK crane will be used in the customer’s new factory building. Due to the limited height of the factory building, we need to pay attention to the design. The customer provided the drawings of the factory building and requested to customize the lifting height and span within the range of 6.37 meters in total width and 4.2 meters in total height of the KBK crane. In addition, the customer required that the lifting part of the KBK crane be electric, while the hoist and KBK running part be manual.

We completed the drawing design according to the customer’s requirements and asked the customer whether it needed a full set of KBK systems including a steel structure. After consultation and review by the customer and its engineers, the customer agreed that we would provide a full set of KBK systems. Since the customer was a previous partner, after all KBK parameters and dimensions were confirmed to be correct, the customer quickly confirmed the order.

At present, the products have been shipped, and are waiting for the customer to check.
