Recently, our customer in Singapore received the 2T chain hoist and track ordered from our company and completed the installation. The customer wants to use a chain hoist to lift the cylinder. They initially considered a monorail bridge machine, but after we understood the customer’s purpose in detail, we suggested that the customer choose a chain hoist with an I-beam, which would save costs and make construction more convenient. In addition, the customer mentioned that the running route includes two sections of curved track with a curvature of 90°. Based on the customer’s description, we first provided a track layout diagram. After the customer’s confirmation and modification, we finally finalized the plan. The customer quickly paid the full amount and completed the order.
