This customer is from July. At first, he asked us about normal wire rope hoists. He said that he will use this wire rope hoist to lift the machine part from ground level to the top of the building. The height is 65m, and the load capacity will be 3t.

And he also sent us the drawing of his warehouse, for reference to me and our engineers. After sending the quotation and drawing of 3t angkat tali dawai to the customer, the next step is to wait for their company’s approval.

Twenty days later, the customer contacted me and told that his proposal had been approved. His colleague in the purchase department would contact me and the committee changed specification: the working duty changed from M3 to M7. He said they will use the hoist in harsh conditions and work uninterrupted for 24 hours.

After understanding all the information, we updated the quotation to the customer. But ordinary wire rope hoists can no longer meet customer requirements, we replaced the hoist with a higher-level European type wire rope hoist.

But due to the price is elevated, our customers asked questions. After explaining to them in detail, their committee accepted the price.
