We tell him that based on our previous good cooperation, we should have trust in each other. He said he definitely trusted our company, no doubt about it. But this is the request of their financial department, and he will communicate with the financial department about the solution.

After several days of waiting, the customer emailed us back saying they accepted our payment method and sent us a supplier registration form for us to fill out. Registered us as their company’s supplier and we sent proforma invoice to the client.

So we have reached a cooperation again. And we believe that there will be more opportunities to cooperate with their company in the future.
