Although we are on National holiday, we still contact the customer in time to confirm the tonnage he want.

The next day, the customer replied to us that he was a reseller. This floor mounted jib crane was purchased for his client.

Moreover, he is not sure whether customers will consider Chinese suppliers. Because their projects are relatively urgent. And he hopes to use the pillar mounted jib crane as soon as possible.

We totally understand the customer. But we still want to get a chance to quote. So we confirmed with the customer about when the product is needed, we can speed up the construction period. Customers indicated that they hope to use the pillar mounted jib crane within 3 weeks.

Although our construction period is relatively short, the shipping time is relatively long, which may not be able to meet customer requirements.

With the idea of having opportunities to cooperate in the future, our catalogue was sent to customers for reference, and some successful cases and videos were shared.

After confirming all the details with the customer, we revise the quotation again and send it to the customer.
