Although the wall mounted jib crane is limited in movement, it can efficiently use vertical space in a small space and has a short lifting process. With its flexible arm span, the articulated jib crane can quickly grab the target heavy objects in irregular stacking areas and reduce the time for adjusting the angle.

 

Safety Operation Guide

 

-Before operation, be sure to check the connection and lubrication of each component to ensure smooth extension of the boom and reliable braking.

-During lifting, strictly operate according to the rated lifting capacity, overweight is strictly prohibited, heavy objects must be firmly tied, and the center of gravity is adjusted to the bottom of the boom.

-During operation, the operator should concentrate and pay attention to the abnormal sound, vibration and other abnormalities of the dźwig at any time, and stop the machine immediately in case of emergencies.

-Regularly lubricate mechanical parts, such as boom joints and rollers, to extend the service life. Check the insulation and aging of the electrical system and prevent leakage short circuit. Perform flaw detection on structural parts such as booms and columns to detect fine cracks in time and ensure structural strength.
